I recently used Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring and was very happy with their service. The staff was professional and friendly, making sure to meet all my needs quickly. I took in a suit and a couple of dresses for alterations. The tailoring was excellent, and everything fit perfectly afterward. They paid a lot of attention to detail, and the stitching was very well done. What impressed me the most was their focus on making customers happy. They listened to what I wanted and gave helpful advice. The work was finished quickly, and they worked with my schedule. Their cleaning services were also great; my clothes looked like new. Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring is a rare find. My wife trusted them with her Missoni couture dress and a Bottega Veneta bag, and I had my blazer tailored. Everything came back flawless. Yulia at the front desk was wonderful to work with, always kind and attentive. Eugene is a true master tailor. You can tell how much pride he takes in his work. The space itself feels more like a private lounge than any tailor or cleaners we have ever seen. Calm, elegant, and welcoming. We are both so happy we found this place. So I can’t recommend Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring enough! They are conveniently off NE 32nd St in Miami, FL ( shout out to the 33137 ) right across the street from Paraiso Market Cafe. This spot is truly a hidden gem for anyone who values quality and luxe services, and attention to detail. Honestly, their tailoring work is exceptional. Everything from simple hemming and suit alterations to detailed suit and dress adjustments is done perfectly. The staff really take their time to ensure every piece fits just right. They speak Spanish as well which was nice for my grandma. They’re great at giving honest advice about what can be done. Strongly recommend over going to a random tailor at Macy's or the mall. I was in Miami for a business meeting and needed to get my jeans hemmed and a blazer taken in last minute. I live in Virginia so had no idea where to go, but found Paraiso Cleaners & Tailoring on Google. Eugene, the tailor, took care of everything and did an amazing job. They finished it all the same day. My jeans look totally original inside and out, and the blazer now fits like it was custom made for me. I also really liked the vibe inside the boutique. It feels elegant and welcoming, and the staff is very professional. You can tell right away this is that kind of European service you rarely find in the US. 10000/10 customer service. A pair of my shorts came unhemmed in the dryer. I brought them in, they immediately did a consultation and the tailor already had black string in his machine so he fixed the hem right there in 2 minutes! I also brought a pair of jeans that had a huge leather tag sewn into them and the tailor removed it free of charge. So kind!!! Both of the men working there were very attentive and professional, and kind. I’ve had a really bad experience with tailors here in miami charging unreasonable amounts and being rude. Always great service, I go at least twice a month for dry cleaning and I drop off a lot of clothes for alteration too. I must say that the tailor is absolutely talented. I have brought some special and expensive dresses that require lots of attention to details and skills. She has been delivering great results every time, and I’m very demanding so the fact that I keep going back makes me feel comfortable recommending her work. Dry Cleaning is also good, they always deliver on time and for me it’s very convenient because it’s super close to where I live. I went in and simply texted photos of the bag to the team who would use them to secure an estimate for the custom restoration from their designers. The team helped relay details and options for the restoration to ensure I was happy with the approach and price. When I went to pickup the bag, I was shocked at how well it was restored. It looked brand new and how it was always meant to be. I can’t say enough about the quality of craftsmanship. If anyone has a beaten up bag or leather good, take it here for some high quality TLC.
